You are very welcome to comment on any page on this site, even if the page is very old. Please comment on the relevant page — don’t comment here on this page unless you have something to say about my comments policy itself.

Comments do not appear immediately because they go through a spam filter, and then they are moderated to ensure that they are relevant, reasonable and short. After that, they are published for all to see. Comments that look too spammy, irrelevant, unreasonable or long simply disappear without trace.

If you want to send me a private comment that will not be published for all to see, comment on my Contact page.

There are other places on the Internet where you can discuss the NHS. Your own local Healthwatch might have a discussion forum. If you have a lot to say about the NHS, it is probably best to join an organisation in your area — see: Join
